As the host site of the 2011 U19 Pepsi Men's Canadian Championship John Waite and his staff at the Fredericton Inn continued to go above and beyond to make the tournament the success it was. The Fredericton Inn was the host for the opening banquet where over 300 were fed a delicious meal! Thank you John & the Fredericton Inn. You and your staff did an exceptional job. In fact, it was a wonderful display and presentation and there were so many remarks on it - especially the shrimp in the frozen mold. The service was excellent and your staff was very attentive. The surprise was over on Friday when Louis read the newspaper and I really did keep it a surprise until then.
